A. Promo Mechanics:

  1. This promo is open to customers who register online and place a pre-order for an Apple iPhone 18 Pro or Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max from October 2 to 15, 2026 (Pre-order Period) through the official websites of GameXtreme.
  2. To qualify for the electronic raffle, the customer must:
    1. successfully register online and place a valid pre-order during the Pre-order Period through the official GameXtreme or WhiteHaus websites, with a minimum down payment of Php 5,000.00 required to confirm the pre-order; and
    2. Full pay the remaining balance through the respective website or at any participating branch on or before October 31, 2026 to qualify for the promo.
    Pre-orders that are partially paid, unpaid, cancelled, refunded, voided, or otherwise invalid shall not qualify.
  3. Pre-orders made after October 15, 2026 without a valid pre-order and online registration completed within the Pre-Order Period shall not qualify for the raffle, even if fully paid on or before October 31, 2026.
  4. Qualified customers shall receive freebies with a total value of up to Php 6,091.00:

B. ELECTRONIC RAFFLE DRAW

  1. The electronic raffle draw shall be conducted on November 6, 2026, Friday, at 3:00PM at the Xtremeway Corp. Head Office in the presence of a DTI representative.
  2. The electronic raffle shall be conducted using a computerized/random electronic selection process from among all qualified customers who have fulfilled the requirements under Items 1 and 2 of the Promo Mechanics.
  3. Each qualified customer shall have one (1) raffle entry only, regardless of the number of qualified Apple iPhone 18 Pro or Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max units purchased. Each customer may win only one (1) prize in this promo. If drawn more than once, the winner will receive the prize of higher value.

C. WINNER VALIDATION AND NOTIFICATION

  1. The selected raffle winner/s shall undergo final validation before being declared official winner/s.
  2. The winner/s shall be notified through the e-mail address, contact number, and registered mail provided during the registration. Only the official Xtremeway Corp. email (retail.mktg@xtremewaycorp.com) and contact number (0917-113-9386) will be used for all winner notifications.
  3. The winner/s may also be announced through the official social media pages of GameXtreme after completion of the required validation.

D. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. The winner/s must present the following when claiming the prize:
    • Valid government-issued ID
    • Original receipt
    • Registered email notification or written notice from Xtremeway Corp.
    • Other documents that may be required for verification
  2. Winners must present both the originals and photocopies of the required documents for verification.
  3. If a winner cannot claim the prize personally, an authorized representative may claim on their behalf by presenting:
    • A signed authorization letter from the winner
    • Two (2) valid government-issued IDs of both the winner and representative
    • Original Receipt
    • Official Notification
  4. Customers may claim their prizes and/or freebies based on the payment method and fulfillment option selected:
    1. For customers who fully paid online, the applicable prize and/or freebies shall be delivered to the customer’s registered home address provided during the online registration or purchase.
    2. For customers who fully paid at a participating store, the applicable prize and/or freebies shall be released at the same participating store where the full payment was made.
  5. The winner/s must claim their prize within sixty (60) days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to DTI rules and approval.
  6. All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  7. This promo cannot be combined with or used in conjunction with any other promos, discounts, or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  8. • The applicable 20% tax on prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 shall be fully shouldered and remitted by Xtremeway Corp. The winner shall not be required to pay the applicable tax separately and shall receive the prize net of the applicable tax, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
